The new Commissioner of Police for Oyo State command, CP Shina Tairu Olukoju, on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 paid a courtesy/familiarisation visit to Odu’a Investment Company Limited at its Group Headquarters in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Commissioner of Police team was received by Odu’a Group Managing Director/CEO, Mr Adewale Raji together with other members of his team at the company’s Boardroom.
The Commissioner of Police in his remark commended the Odu’a Management team for keeping the flag of the conglomerate flying through preservation of the historical legacy of “our forebears” thus putting them in good and viable shape up to this present moment when other monuments or companies of other regions have gone into extinction.
He said that this can only be made possible through excellent management and good human capital development put in place in the conglomerate.
He, therefore, solicited for ODU’A continuous support in the area of security and safety, noting that a serene, virile and safe society enhance company’s profitability.
Odu’a GMD in his response promised the Police Commisioner of Odu’a’s corporate support and collaboration with the police force in Oyo State in order to ensure peace and order in the state.
While sharing the company’s business vision with the police team, Mr Raji called for a good working relationship between Odua and the police force on all ODU’A business sectors as may be required.
Mr Raji emphasised ODU’A corporate support as always to ensure that the new CP enjoy a successful tenure in the pacesetter state.
