The Group Managing Director/ CEO of Odu’a Investment Company Limited, Mr Adewale Raji, has enjoined members of Staff to avoid complacency but to thirst for more for growth in the coming year.

While appreciating staff for the support and commitment in discharging their duties and responsibilities in the year 2018, the Group Managing Director emphasized the need to grow the businesses so as to live to the expectation of the Shareholders’ States

The Odu’a boss spoke at the 2018 edition of the “Speakers Forum” organized at the Company’s Training and Development Centre, Cocoa House, Ibadan on Tuesday December 18, 2018.

According to him, the importance of the need for all staff to “live the mandate of being the engine room for the economic development and integration of the South West States cannot be overemphasized.

Mr Raji noted that this could be achieved by being well focused and sustaining the mindset of acquiring and creating new businesses that could generate more revenue and growth for the company.

He added: ” There is a task to be fulfilled in achieving growth for the company and that we need to bring out the reason for business as “its high time we changed our DNA by making profit our reason for decision making and not local or personal interest”

He stated further that “We should go for more growth in the coming year by creating more new business that can grow our revenue while not abandoning what we have on ground but improving on them while at the same time opening new vista for more new businesses”.
