Mr. Adewale Abiodun Raji Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Raji who assumed office as the 8th Group Managing Director on June 2, 2014 is a 1985 History graduate of the University of Jos. He was in the pioneer MBA class of Lagos State University (LASUNBA) and graduated in 1997 with specialization in Marketing. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics Management (FILM) and has attended a number of Executive Management Training Courses at home and abroad, these include Nigerian Institute of Management, Lagos Business School, Poise, University of Lagos, Cranfield University and Manchester University in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Board of Directors, University of Ibadan School of Business(UISB).
Mr. Raji who has over 28 years working experience, served predominantly with PZ Cussons Nigeria Group where he rose to become the Managing Director – Distribution Services, overseeing the conglomerate’s Strategic Business Unit (SBU) which is responsible for Outbound Logistics and Customer Services.
Mr. Raji, a seasoned technocrat and Administrator started his career with the then PZ Industries Limited as a Management Trainee in January 1987 with various responsibilities in Administration, Factory Services and Procurement. He was elevated to the position of Central Purchasing Department Manager in 1998. In 2003, Mr. Raji had a brief stint with Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Limited as Planning Procurement & Logistics Manager, but was recalled back by PZ within the same year based on his track record of performance. On return , Mr. Raji rose from Depot Services Controller in November 2003 to become the Director of Distribution Services in June 2005 and was appointed into the Executive Board of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc. Group in 2006.
Over the span of his career, Mr. Raji has hands-on experience in managing people and factories and extensive customer services to businesses in personal care, home care, food, nutrition and electrical categories. He also has good international exposure having had secondment in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Raji is bringing into the Group, his wealth of experience especially in the area of Human Resources Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Problem-Solving skills to bear on the fortunes of the ever rising Conglomerate.
Mr. Raji is a very simple and quiet man but quite assertive, firm and does not hesitate to take difficult decisions when the need arises. He is a philanthropist who is sold out to peoples’ welfare particularly to the less privileged. He visits often the Centre for the Disabled at Moniya in Ibadan, Oyo State and Street Destitute Colony at Ebute Meta in Lagos.
Mr. Adewale Raji’s hobbies include photography, playing Lawn Tennis and Travelling. He is happily married with children.
Mrs. Olayinka Tunji-Ojo General Manager (Finance & Investment)
Mrs. Yinka Tunji-Ojo is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She is a qualified, seasoned and experienced professional Chartered Accountant with a consistent panache for excellence. She graduated with Second Class Honours, Upper Division in Accounting from Bayero University, Kano in 1991 and earned for herself the Society for Women Accountant in Nigeria (SWAN) prize for the best graduating woman Accountant as well as the United Bank for Africa (UBA) prize for the best student in Investment Management. Mrs Tunji-Ojo acquired a Master degree in Business Administration from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko in 2010 and in August 2012 earned an Advanced Certificate in Project Management ACPMTM from the Business Management Training Council, U.K.
She attended College of Education, Benin City where she obtained NCE in 1985 and has to her record academic and scholastic award for being the best graduating student in Geography and Economics. As a dynamic professional, Mrs. Tunji-Ojo, at various times served as the Investment officer of Gurara Securities and Finance Company in 1992 before joining Z.O. Ososanya now HLB Z.O. Ososanya & Co. Chartered Accountants in February 1993 where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Mrs Tunji-Ojo moved to the Sketch Press Limited as the Chief Accountant in August 2000 from where she joined the services of Odu’a Investment Company Limited as Manager Audit in August 2001 and was promoted to Senior Manager in April 2004. In 2007, she moved up the ladder as the Group Internal Auditor from where she rose to become General Manager Internal Audit on 1st of April, 2012, the position she held till November 2014 when she was reassigned to Finance & Investment department as General Manager.
Mrs Tunji-Ojo is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School [SMP 22] and Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She was District Public Relations Officer, Welfare Officer and later the Honorary Auditor of the Akure and District Society of ICAN from 1999 to 2011. She has attended many management and leadership seminars, conferences and courses both locally and overseas.
She is a good team player and is happily married and blessed with children and grandchildren.
Engr. Tope Arowolo General Manager, Property Development
Mr. Tope Arowolo, Fellow, Nigeria Association of Technologists in Engineering (FNATE), was appointed General Manager Property Development and Management of Odu’a Investment Company Limited on November 1, 2017 following a transparent, merit driven selection process carried out by KPMG Advisory Services.
Temitope Arowolo, who joined Odu’a Investment Company Limited from JCDecaux France is a seasoned professional. He graduated from the Federal Polytechnic, Bida in 1993 where he studied Civil Engineering. He proceeded to the University of Science and Technology, Rivers state for his Post Graduate Degree in 2005 and also the Federal University of Technology Akure for his Masters in 2017. He also attended The Concrete Technology Institute in South Africa where he obtained another Degree in Concrete Practice and also attended Lafarge University in Paris, France and received the highest honour from the Lafarge Group. He later attended Great place to work Institute in Nigeria.
His Professional career started with Habibu Engineering Construction Limited in 1987. He later Joined Omuna Construction Company Port Harcourt in 1996 and moved to Jid
Construction Limited as the Project Manager from 1997 to 2005. He moved to join PW Nig Ltd between 2005 to 2007 as Head of Engineering. He worked in Grant Properties Limited from 2008 as Head of Projects and Facility Management in 2012 and joined Lafarge Africa Plc as Construction and Building Specialist before becoming the Head of Individual Home Builders. He left Lafarge in 2017 and worked at Alphamead Development Company briefly as Head of Programs and JV Developments. He moved to JCDecaux France as Construction Manager Sub-Saharan Africa (No 1 outdoor advertising company in the world) before joining OICL.
He is a member of several professional bodies, Member Nigeria Society of Engineers, Executive member, Project Management Professional, Council of Registered Engineers, Health and safety professional, a member of Gift work for Managers and an International Ambassador for Peace.
He is a trained sales man on Strategic selling solutions for Real Estate property business in Lagos Business School. A happy family man blessed with children, Engr. Tope Arowolo’s hobbies are reading, travelling, watching football and listening to music.
Dr. Morakinyo ‘Kunle Oloyede Head, Group Human Resources
Morakinyo ‘Kunle Oloyede, Ph.D, was appointed Head, Group Human Resources of Odu’a Investment Company Limited on March 3, 2016 following a transparent, merit driven selection process carried out by KPMG Advisory Services.
Dr. Oloyede, 51, who joined ODU’A from First Bank of Nigeria Plc is a seasoned HR practitioner with extensive experience from the hospitality and banking sectors. He had a first degree in Guidance & Counselling, Master in Personnel Psychology and Ph.D. in Applied Psychology in 2016 from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye.
His career trajectory in human resource management function started at Gateway Hotel before joining Gateway Bank Plc in 2002. He subsequently moved to Intercontinental Bank Plc during the banking consolidation period of 2005 where he served as Regional HR Manager, Head Manpower Resourcing & Talent Management and much later Training Manager & Acting Head Learning & Development. He later joined First Bank of Nigeria Plc in December 2009 initially as HR Business Partner and later Head, Strategic Recruitment, Head Special Projects and rose to become Snr. HR Business Consultant.
He has also attended numerous training courses on all areas of human capital development, Management and Leadership. He is a Full Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM), Member, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Member, Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD).

Mrs. Abiola Olufunke Ajayi Company Secretary/ Head of Legal
Mrs. Abiola Olufunke Ajayi graduated from the University of Ibadan where she obtained the Bachelor of Law LLB (Honors) degree in 1988. She was called to bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1989. She later obtained two postgraduate qualifications in law in 2002 and 2005.
Mrs. Ajayi started her career in the legal firm of Adegboyega Adeleke & Co 1989-1992. She joined the services of The Polytechnic, Ibadan as an Administrative Officer (Legal) in 1993 and rose to the position of Senior Assistant Registrar (Legal). She thereafter worked with a firm of legal practitioners before joining the services of Odu’a in 2003 as Legal Manager. She rose through the rank to become the Company Secretary/ Head of Legal in 2008.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA. She is happily married and blessed with children.
Mr. Abiodun Adedeji Managing Director (Ire Bricks)
Abiodun Adedeji, Author – Publisher, Lecturer, Entrepreneur, Consultant, Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of Lagos Business School of Pan African University was educated at The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Lagos State Polytechnic for National and Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management respectively. He proceeded to Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye for Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and University of Ibadan for Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He qualified as a chartered Accountant in 2001 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria in 2012. He was a member of SMP24 of Lagos Business School.Biodun Began his working Career in 1995 as a lecturer with Universal College of Technology, Ile-Ife (now The Polytechnic, Ile-Ife) before moving to the Wemabod Estates Limited, (A member of Odu’a Group) in 1996 as a Senior Accounting Officer, moved within Odu’a Group to West African Pictures Limited as Head, Finance and Administration between 2001 and 2002; Redeployed to Odu’a Group headquarters in Ibadan as Operations Manager, promoted in 2003, 2004 and in 2005 as Senior Manager, Investment and re-designated in 2006 as Senior Manager Business Development. He was later appointed as New Business Development Manager, the first to hold such office, promoted to Principal Manager in 2010 and Assistant General Manager in 2012.As part of his Portfolio in Odu’a Group whose responsibilities among others to develop business plan for New and existing businesses of which 13 Business Plans were prepared by the team led by Biodun which included: E&O equipment Power and leasing Co Ltd, Repositioning of Cocoa Industries Ltd, Epe Plywood Industries Ltd, Askar Paints Ltd and Ire Clay Products Ltd among others.
On November 3, 2008 the shareholders of Ire Clay Products Ltd, Ire-Ekiti appointed him as the Project Manager to rehabilitate a multi-million naira moribund Ire Bricks Factory – Ire Ekiti which he completed by God’s grace on June 16, 2015. He was thus appointed as Managing Director/CEO of Ire Clay Products Ltd effective from July 1, 2015 to implement the second phase of the company’s survival towards Profitability and Growth. Biodun has authored high ranking books which is in public domain, notable amongst them are The Nigerian Managers 1999, forwarded by The President Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Dr. Rotimi Oladele; Modakeke Celebrities 1996 forwarded by the Ogusua of Modakeke, Oba Francis Adedoyin, Ode Omu Celebrities 2001 and 2011 forwarded by the Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial majesty Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, The Bridge Builder (2007) forwarded by Retired Justice of Supreme Court of Nigeria, Justice Bola Babalakin and host of others.
He is on the Board of Epe Plywood Industries Ltd, Askar Paints Ltd, E&O Equipments and Power Leasing Ltd and Ire Clay Products Limited. On the professional level, he has served ICAN on Membership and ICT Committees of the Council. He was a member of ICAN South West Planning Committee 2010 – 2015, appointed as Rappoteur- General, ICAN South West Conference held in Oyo in 2015 and is still holding the office till date.

Dr. Mrs Olufunto Alonge Head, Client Services
Dr. Olufunto Alonge is a human resource management practitioner by profession. Holder of a Ph.D obtained from the University of Ibadan, she started her career as a teacher with the Ondo State Teaching Service Commission in 1991 and later moved to the Ministry of Education as an administrator. Upon the creation of Ekiti State in 1996 she moved to Ekiti State as one of the pioneer Staff of the Ministry of Education where she worked till 2000.
She later joined Odu’a Investment Company Limited as Assistant Manager Training and Development from where she was posted to Odu’a Telecoms (O’net) a Subsidiary of Odu’a Investment Company Limited as the Human Resources Manager. She is presently the Head of Client Services. Dr Olufunto Alonge is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management programme [SMP37] and also a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
Dr. Alonge is happily married and blessed with Children.
Engineer Olusoji Sangobiyi Project Evaluation Manager
Engr. Olusoji Omoniyi Sangobiyi joined the services of Odu’a Investment Company Limited in 1997 as Assistant Manager (Operations) reviewing monthly, quarterly operating plans of subsidiary companies and discussing areas of attention with Management. He was later transferred in 1999 to Premier Hotel, Mokola Hill, Ibadan, a subsidiary of Odu’a Investment Company Limited as Maintenance Engineer. He worked as the Hotel Engineer for six years, 1999-2005 managing man, machine and materials input in day to day maintenance of the Hotel assets before being re-deployed back to the Group Headquarters as Corporate Planning Manager. As Planning Manager, Engr. Sangobiyi was saddled with the responsibility of monitoring collaborations and partnerships and conducting environmental scanning for planning process. He also served as the Ag. Chief Executive Officer of Odu’a Printing & Publishing Company Limited between 2007 and 2011 carrying out oversight functions until he was promoted in 2013 to Principal Manager Cadre as Project Evaluation Manager.
An Alumnus of Senior Management Programme Class 33 of Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School), Engr. Sangobiyi is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Agricultural Engineers and Project Management Institute (PMI). He is a 1994 Second Class Upper Division Agricultural Engineering graduate of the University of Ibadan.
He is a Deacon of the Nigerian Baptist Convention; Paul Harris Fellow & Past Assistant Governor of Rotary International, District 9125, Nigeria.

Mr. Babajide Oyebola Principal Assistant on Strategy and Sustainability to the Group Managing Director
An experienced Information Technology Professional, Mr. Oyebola obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from the University of Jos in 1986 and subsequently a Master degree from the University of Lagos in 1990.
Starting out as a scientist enabled Mr. Oyebola to work in the pharmaceutical cum food industry as a microbiologist in the early 1990s before proceeding to the United Kingdom where had a successful career change to the field of Information Technology. Mr. Oyebola began his I.T career in the United Kingdom as a visual basic developer.
In the course of his career spanning over twenty years, dynamic Oyebola has functioned in various capacities as an I.T consultant, Test Manager, Project Test Manager and Project Executive in blue chip companies such as the BBC, Virgin Media, Virgin Atlantic Airways and the Allianz group. He brings with him his I.T consultancy as well as project management experience covering both public and private project domains. A tested Professional, Mr Oyebola is also a publisher cum developer on the Google Android platform with some of his apps on the Google Playstore.
A distinguished Prince 2 certified project manager, Mr. Oyebola is also a distinguished Fellow of the Professional Excellence Foundation of Nigeria (PEFON) and a full member of the British Computer society.
He returned to Nigeria in 2014 and worked briefly as an independent I.T consultant before joining Odu’a Investment Company Ltd as the Principal Assistant to the GMD with responsibility for Strategy and Sustainability.
Mr Oyebola is happily married and blessed with children.
Mr. Victor Ayetoro Head, Corporate Affairs
Victor Ayetoro, a distinguished Public Relations practitioner started his media career as a reporter at Champion Newspapers Limited in 1998. With the versatility of a genius, Ayetoro covered challenging beats including Aviation, Capital Market, Business and Economy. He was later transferred to the State of Osun as the State’s Bureau Chief for the newspaper.
He worked as Public Relations Officer with the Chestrad International, a non governmental Organization in 2000 before joining the services of Odu’a Investment Company Limited on October 2, 2002 as an Assistant Manager, Corporate Affairs. In 2006, he was on secondment from the Group Headquarters to Odu’a Telecoms [O’net], the telecommunication arm of the company as Manager, Corporate Affairs to assist in the creation of the Corporate Affairs Department. In 2007, he was conferred with the Odu’a Group’s Best Supportive Staff Award by O’net and in 2008, he was recalled to the Group’s headquarters as the Media Relations Manager.
He holds two Master degrees, one in Communication and Language Arts(MCA) and another in Managerial Psychology(MSc), both from the University of Ibadan in 2002 and 2013 respectively. He has also attended numerous training courses both in Communication and Public Relations. In 2013, he was promoted as a Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs. Presently, he is the Head, Corporate Affairs overseeing and managing the Corporate Affairs Division of the company.
His professional membership cuts across various institutes such as the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations(NIPR), and the Nigerian Institute of Management(NIM).

Mr. Bamidele Alausa Head, Internal Audit
Bamidele Alausa started his career with Western Hotels (Nig.) Ltd, in February 1990 as Audit Assistant. Western Hotels [Nig] Ltd, is a subsidiary of Odu’a Investment Company, owns both Premier and Lafia Hotel, both in Ibadan.
Alausa’s distinguished career history revolves comprehensively around the subsidiary companies of Odu’a Investment Company. After working in various sections and units of both the Finance and Audit Department of Western Hotels including stores, he was promoted to the senior staff cadre of the hotel in 1996 and served as the Unit Accountant for Lafia Hotel. He was later moved to Premier Hotel as the Internal Auditor in charge of the activities of the Internal Audit Department of the two units of the Hotel between 1997-1998. He was subsequently redeployed to the Group Headquarters in 1998 and joined the Group Internal Audit Department as Assistant Manager (Audit).
Still within Odu’a Group, Alausa’s next stop point was Askar Paints (Nig.) Limited in late 1998 as the Internal Auditor before he was taken to the Finance Department of the Company as the Company Secretary /Accountant between 2003 -2006.He was transferred back to the Group Headquarters in November 2006 as an Audit Manager in the Group Internal Audit Department where he excelled with professionalism and thoroughness on all audit assignments given to him by the management which earned him the Overall Best Staff of the year 2008 at the Group Headquarters.
Thus came Alausa’s elevation in November 2009 as the Head of Finance cum Company Secretary of Premier Hotel. Again in 2012, he ascended to the position of Group Managerial and the Controller of Finance/Company Secretary. He was on this assignment till October 2015 when he was asked to report back to the Group Headquarters as the Head of Audit with effect from November 2015.
Mr. Bamidele Alausa otherwise fondly hailed as BB, completed his secondary school education at Loyola College, Ibadan before proceeding to The Polytechnic, Ibadan where he studied Accountancy. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN.
